How to
Step 01
Open the App Store/Google Play store on your mobile device and search for "Playtomic" app. Once found, click on the download button to install the app.

Once the app is installed, open it and select the blue "Register" button.
Step 03
Fill in all the required details in the registration form, including your name, email address, and password. Tick the required boxes, agree to the terms and conditions, and select "Create an account".
Step 04
Select your level, complete & verify your profile and you are ready to play!
Step 01
Once you have registered and verified your account, open the Playtomic app and tap on "Book a court" from the homepage.
Step 02
Search for the club where you would like to book at.
Step 03

Select the club from "Your Clubs" on the homepage if you have already added it to your account.

Select “Book” and choose a date and time that works for you.
Step 05
Scroll down & select the court you want to book and the preferred duration for your reservation.
Step 06
Choose your payment method by tapping on "Pay your part" or "Pay everything." Select "Add extras to the match" to add rackets and/or balls. Then, follow the prompts to complete your booking by selecting "Continue Payment”.
Step 01
After selecting the desired match and before selecting "Continue to payment", look for the option to "Add extras to the match (+) " and select it.
Step 02
A list of available items will be displayed. Indicate how many of each item you would like by tapping the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons next to each item.
Step 03
Once you have made your selections, tap "Continue with payment" to finalize your purchase. Follow the prompts to complete the payment process.

On the homepage of any Africa Padel Club, scroll down.
Step 02
Review the different membership options available and choose the one that best suits your needs.

Provide any necessary personal information and complete the payment process.

Open the Playtomic app and tap on “Play a match” on the homepage.

Tap on “My matches” at the top right corner of the page and then locate the match you want to cancel from the list. Tap on the match to open its details.

On the match’s page, tap on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the screen.

Select “See booking or cancel” at the top of the options pop-up.

Finally, tap on “Cancel” at the bottom of the page to confirm your cancellation.

Go to the Playtomic homepage and select "Book a court."

Search for the club where you want to have a lesson.

Choose "Activities" from the club's page.
Step 05
Browse through the available lessons and select the one you want to book.
Step 06
Select "Book a spot" and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

During the match booking process, tap on the "Continue payment" button to proceed to the payment page.
Step 02
Tap on the arrow icon located under the "Payment method" section to view the available payment options.
Step 03
Choose the "Club’s wallet" option from the list of payment methods and follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
Step 01
Go to the Playtomic homepage and select "Book a court".
Step 02
Search for the club where you would like to play in a tournament/league/activity.
Step 03
OR Select the club from "Your Clubs" on the homepage if you have already added it to your account.

Choose "Activities" from the club's page.
Step 05
Choose the activity that you would like to sign up for.
Step 06
Select “Join” and follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
