The Discovery Vitality Padel benefit needs to be activated by following these steps:
1.     Log in to your Vitality profile inthe Discovery app.

3.     Tap the link to download the Playtomic app and register an account.
4.     Confirm your email address and make sure it matches the one you used to register on Playtomic.
5.     Make a booking at any of our clubs on the Playtomic app and get an automatic upfront 20% discount.

Can you hold memberships for both Africa Padel (or Varsity Vibe) and Discovery Vitality simultaneously

No, it's not possible to maintain both memberships concurrently. If you're currently a member of Africa Padel (or Varsity Vibe) and choose to join Discovery Vitality, your Discovery Vitality membership will supersede and become your primary membership.

Can I pay for the entire court using my discount?

Yes, you can use your discount to pay for up to 15 full courts within a calendar year.

How do I sign up if I already have a Playtomic account?

Simply use the email address you used to register on Playtomic when you activate the Discovery Vitality Padel benefit in the Discovery app. Once the benefit is activated, you will receive a confirmation email for each Africa Padel club from Playtomic, confirming access.

Do the Vitality benefits apply to all Africa Padel clubs?

Yes, the 20% court discount and 4-week booking window applies to all Africa Padel clubs.

How long does it take for my Discovery Vitality membership to active?

Once the benefit is activated, you will receive a confirmation email for each Africa Padel club from Playtomic, confirming access.

How can I update my email address with Discovery Vitality after updating it on Playtomic?

Your email address stored with Discovery Vitality is your unique identifier for accessing the Discovery Vitality Padel benefit. Changing your email address on the Playtomic app will affect your benefit discount. To ensure your discount remains intact, you can update your email address with Discovery online or you can contact Discovery via WhatsApp or call 0860 99 88 77 between 07:00 and 18:00.
