About us
Africa Padel (Pty) Ltd offers world-class indoor and outdoor padel courts manufactured by leading padel court manufacturers JuBo Padel. The galvanised metallic structures of our padel courts provide maximum quality, and our MONDO turf is made exclusively for padel and used during the World Padel Tours and tempered glass according to the standards of the International Padel Federation. Africa Padel prides itself on offering padel players the best padel playing experience; thus, we have a specialised JuBo Padel installations team fly in from Spain to install our courts and train our local installations team. Our padel clubs are open for play all year round, and our Pro Shops sell leading branded padel merchandise to ensure that our players are fully equipped to play.
Use of Facilities/Clubs
Admission to the property and facilities/clubs are reserved.
By participating on Africa Padel’s indoor or outdoor courts, you understand the contact nature of the sport and understand the risks associated therewith.
Any person entering the facility/clubs (” the property”) and/or utilising any of the facilities on the property (” facilities”) shall do so entirely at their own risk. Neither Africa Padel the shareholders nor operators of the property and facilities/clubs or any of their directors, insurers, prescribed officers or employees shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury (bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease, death), accidental or otherwise or any other loss of any kind of other loss, to any property of or suffered by any person howsoever arising or by whomsoever caused any manner connected with the use of the property and/or facilities, whether any such liability, claims, and demands result from the act, omission, negligence, or other fault on the part of the shareholders, operators, directors, prescribed officer or employees of Africa Padel, and agrees to indemnify the aforesaid parties for all liabilities or losses incurred in connection with their use of the property and facilities, without limitation.
Use of Online Website
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases. You shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking, ’embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Refunds/returns Policy
Should you, for any reason wish to cancel your online purchases, you will be held liable for a 15% handling fee. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Africa Padel endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products/merchandise; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). Africa Padel reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Should Africa Padel reduce its price on any shipped products within ten working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund, you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa credit cards and Snap Scan. If you do not have a credit card or Snap Scan, please utilise one of the other payment options. All of your contact details and order details will be stored online as an account for your ease of use and convenience.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Africa Padel as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment; this will ensure speedy processing and delivery of your purchased products/merchandise.

Direct Deposit
You may pay for your products/merchandise through a direct deposit. It’s the same as an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit at a branch. Please email your proof of payment to info@africapadel.com to ensure that we capture and allocate your payment so that we may process your order and ship it off to you as quickly as possible. Security Policy
1. Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
2. Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
3. The Merchant does not have access to credit details.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Africa Padel and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in any way and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement, I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Africa Padel for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
